  • Providing a quotation for works if you have requested one.
  • Sending a newsletter if you have requested to join our mailing list.
  • informing you of relevant offers we have.

For example, if you send us a text to be translated, we may share that text with one of our language experts. In all such cases:

  • All third-parties will be known to us, we do not use third parties on an ad-hoc basis.

If you simply wish to browse our website, no personal data is directly collected by us. How we keep your information secure

Our website uses encryption so that cookies and information entered on forms is secure. This is through an SSL certificate. You can see that our site is secure through your web browser, which will have a padlock or a green ‘SECURE’ message, and will show HTTPS at the beginning of our website address.

  • Admin account holders for our website must use strong passwords so that their accounts are secure.
  • Our CRM uses a strong password and SSL to keep it secure.
  • Your data is never stored elsewhere or shared with anyone except where detailed in ‘Who Can See This Information’ above.
  • You are entitled to view, amend, or have deleted the personal information that we hold. To do so contact us using the details below.

We do not share your information with or sell it to third parties except for the execution of works as detailed above.

We will not disclose your information to any third party unless we are required to do so by law. In such cases we will ensure due diligence in releasing only required information, and this only to recognised official parties entitled to require this information under law.
